As Founder, CEO and Global Head of Asset & Capacity Sales of United Cable Company (UCC), Eric oversees all aspects of the company's operations, finances, marketing and sales. A proven, results-oriented, international telecommunications professional, Eric brings over 20 years of a successful track record in executive leadership across a global landscape. Eric has led sales in worldwide enterprise, media, finance, wholesale and indirect channel customers, yielding over $956 Million in total revenue sold since 2002 across North America, transAtlantic and Europe.

Prior to founding UCC, Eric spent nearly 12 years at Hibernia Networks, developing and leading successful global direct and indirect sales, business development and marketing teams, resulting in over 650+ customer acquisitions. His business expertise aided in Hibernia Networks’ fast development from a single submarine cable with 6 Points of Presence (PoPs) in 2004 to Hibernia's current, robust, global network, with over 220 PoPs, via the purchase of dark and lit fiber, as well as high-profile builds.

From 2010-2015, during his time at Hibernia, Eric played a key role in the historic transatlantic cable, Hibernia Express, the first transatlantic build in over twelve years. Eric led a hand-selected sales team to pre-sell capacity to customers across a number of industry segments including financial services, web-centric, media and telecom service providers.

Prior to joining Hibernia, Eric was the Executive Director of Global Sales and Channel Management at Tyco Submarine Systems. During his time at Tyco, Eric oversaw a successful direct and indirect sales team, which was responsible for the acquisition of over 70 new customers in a short four-year period on the Tyco Global Network, which was later sold to Tata Communications in 2004.

Prior to Tyco Eric worked at MCI on Wall Street in Lower Manhattan. Eric's achievements include being named MCI's top sales person for 1998-99 as well as a branch director in the late 1990’s. Eric was also featured in the company's commercials and print advertising during the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Vice President of Engineering and Partner Carrier Relations
Mr. Salvatierra is Vice President of Engineering and Partner Carrier Relations for United Cable Companies. For 30 Years, he has represented, in the united states, companies like MCI, AT&T, Verizon, RCN, & Time Warner Cable in both network engineering and management roles. In the global Asia market space, he has represented PCCW Global, China Unicom, and China Telecom. Mr. Salvatierra leads overall operations and global business development initiatives in the wholesale carrier markets.

Mr. Salvatierra has over 10+ years of network sales engineering leadership experience with supporting sales teams and has leaded engineering solutions, subject matter experts. Also, he has overseen the full scope of the complex Ultra-Low Latency global networks sales engineering and ICB solutions design team.

Mr. Salvatierra graduated from the New York Institute of Technology, where he received a degree in business administration in Telecommunication Management. Additionally, he earned an Associates in Applied Science from Queensborough Community College where he majored in Computer Information Science.
